PREDICTIVE STRETCHING & ACTIVATION

Lower Limber® is preferred by elite athletes all around the world to improve sporting performance, decrease recovery times and reduce physical and mental stress levels.

CREATED BY ATHLETES FOR ATHLETES

Lower Limber® Sequential Stretching and Activation System is a “best practice” static stretching tool. It also has the unique ability to be used as a warm-up device by performing dynamic activation exercises.

WHY CHOOSE LOWER LIMBER®?

The Lower Limber leg stretching and activation system ensures that when an athlete is stretching they are able to maintain the correct postural alignment of the spine relative to any changes in the positioning of the limbs and applied forces. All the required stretching and activation exercises are performed in a set sequence, facilitating an uninhibited stretching and activation response, which is repeatable and most importantly predictable.

This intuitive, time efficient system maximises an athletes range of movement and mobility potential. Equally as important, the Lower Limber system improves the athletes ability to detect, interpret and address muscle imbalances and joint dysfunction as a response to training and competition.

The Lower Limber system allows you to stretch in way you can’t stretch yourself.

Lower Limber® follows a particular sequence of movements that heightens neuromuscular function in readiness for vigorous activity. What the Lower Limber® system brings to the table is that unique ability help link all the key components – arms, legs and spine in a unified manner – the key to unlocking your performance potential.

LOWER LIMBER TESTIMONIALS

DR. SAMANTHA GRAHAM

(High Performance Mind Coach)

“The high pressure conditions of elite sport can mean we are constantly in Fight or Flight mode…. our mind racing and our body flooded with adrenalin and cortisol. The Lower Limber is a brilliant system for monitoring our stress levels and reversing the physical contraction caused by these stress hormones, which if left unaddressed, limit our ability to think clearly and perform at our best.”

RACHAEL TAYLOR

(Olympic Silver Medalist Rowing)

“Lower Limber is amazing, I wish I had this device when I was rowing twenty years ago as I have always struggled with sciatic nerve pain and muscle tightness. This is the first device that I have utilized that connects the back and legs and really targets my problem areas.”

RUSSELL SHORT

(Paralympic Gold Medalist – holder of multiple world records)

“Before using the Lower Limber system I couldn’t get up to go to the toilet. I had to have injections just to move. The pain was so overwhelming… After using the Lower Limber System my pain was completely alleviated …. I went on to compete at Rio, my eighth Paralympics”

KIM BRENNAN AM

(Olympic Gold Medalist – Rowing)

“Rowing is a very physically demanding sport that requires whole body co-ordination and strength. Keeping joint mobility was critical in reducing my risk of injury. What I love about the Lower Limber System is how simple and supportive it is to use. It’s a really time effective way to limber up and improve performance and recovery.”

LAUREN BURNS

(Olympic Gold Medalist – Taekwondo)

“With a busy and active lifestyle, I understand the need to keep moving. The Lower Limber system is a time efficient, supportive, simple to use system that allows you to feel how you are reacting to life and most importantly gives you a chance to respond.”

MARIANNA TOLO

(Captain Canberra Capitals (WNBL) Australian Opals Basketballer)

“After rehabbing through 2 ACL reconstructions, I am always looking for an edge that will help me prevent injury. Flexibility is an important piece to that puzzle. My flexibility has improved out of sight, after using Lower Limber. It has helped to keep my lower muscles loose and performing at their best.”

TIM DEEBLE

(Sports physiotherapist and former elite Hockey player)

“The return of lower limb flexibility and strength also has a significant role in preventing and managing lower back injuries. By maintaining correct postural alignment, Lower Limber is clinically proven to achieve a coordinated and controlled stretch. This principal underpins a best-practice approach for both preventing and managing lower back injuries”
